Making scheduling easy and staying on schedule during the session are priorities for our TFI team.
Depending on the size of your organization, the teams and the ages of individuals we will work with you to strike a balance for Picture Day events. Multiple day events, scheduled team times and open scheduling are all options with our team. Contact to discuss your needs and we will help you design the best experience for everyone.
Our staff works with each organization, team, or coach to provide the most convenient method for arranging team photos. Depending on the size of your group and the need for flexibility, our photographer can arrange for a "real-time" session where everyone comes together at a specifically scheduled date/time or you may opt for a "virtual" team where individual images are put together in a composite picture.
Our photographer and assistances work to efficiently capture multiple poses for each individual. Different angles, arm and body postures, as well as expressions are a part of each session. While efficiency is important for maintaining the schedule of a group session, it is important to us that we work with each child for their best experience.
Today we are using green screen and other techniques allowing for different backgrounds, sessions in inclement weather, and even virtual teams for flexibility of scheduling. We have the capability to design specialized backgrounds that include your organization name/logo, individual names, and other special features. Let us make your creative ideas a reality!
Once our photographer leaves the session they are back in the studio reviewing and uploading your images to our online platform. Images are generally available for viewing within 24-36 hours. Processing and shipping can have your pictures to you often within the week. Group orders sometimes have an extended deadline to allow for savings in bulk shipping.
